I had the absolute pleasure of photographing some beautiful dishes for the very talented chef Kuldeep Raj who opened the doors to his new modern indian restaurant Culinaire a few weeks ago. The flavours are absolutely stunning and the choice of ingredients such as locally caught sea bass, pigeon and venison are all very in keeping with current trends of eating local and wild ingredients. I love the trio of deserts, things like chocolate samosa and cardamom creme brulee, with beautiful edible flowers are just soooo delicious!
