Husband and wife duo Alun and Dawn Spearring run this innovative modern Indian restaurant in the heart of Brighton.  Having extensively travelled throughout India for inspiration, Alun, the head chef, has a wide array of inspiration to draw on. The bold, bright and vibrant interior is reflected in their signature dish the Thali. This dish includes a selection of up to 13 different flavours and textures from chutneys and pickles to curries and beautifully fragrant basmati rice.
